VPO | Officially Protected Housing

The Generalitat Valenciana has awarded the construction of 48 officially protected homes (VPO) to be built on a municipal plot in PP23, next to Gasparot School.

The Valencian Housing and Land Authority (EVHA) has formalised the final award for the proposal to deliver 48 homes in Villajoyosa. Of these, 15 will become part of the public housing stock as part of a land swap arrangement.
